How we help someone living with Parkinson’s
Parkinson’s affects every part of the day, and the right help at home makes those days safer and steadier. Our caregivers support:
- Moving safely. Help with transfers, walking, and getting in and out of bed, chairs and the shower, with an eye on fall risks around the home.
- Medications on time. Reminders that keep doses on schedule, because timing matters with Parkinson’s.
- Staying active. Encouragement with the exercise and therapy routines your loved one’s care team prescribes.
- Mealtimes. Patient help with eating and drinking that follows the care team’s precautions.
- Daily living. Bathing, dressing, grooming and light housekeeping, at your loved one’s own pace.
- Connection. Companionship, appointments, errands and time with the people and activities they enjoy.
Paragon provides non-medical home care. We work alongside your loved one’s neurologist, therapists and care team, never in place of them.

Many people living with Parkinson’s also experience changes in thinking and memory over time. Over half of our caregivers hold the Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) credential, and our team trains every month, so care can adjust as needs change without changing the people your family has come to trust.
