Who are Paragon Helping Neighbors Advocates?
Advocates are members of the community who share a passion for helping older adults.
As an Advocate, you will play a crucial role in helping seniors with tasks including:

Playing Cards, Games, or Reading
Assisting with Hobbies or Projects
Enjoying a Night on the Town

• Orientation and introduction to our services and policies
• Training sessions on senior care, safety protocols, and effective communication
• Ongoing support and resources from the Paragon Helping Neighbors team
Qualifications for Paragon Helping Neighbors Advocates:
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (for those providing transportation services)
